The Board of Stewards assists in the ministry of people to ensure that their spiritual and social needs are met. As ministers of God’s love,, the stewards are organized in the following manner:
Visitation – extending visits to shut-ins, sick, and aged in our church and community
Food ministry – to provide meals for those in need and coordinate social outreach dinners
Card Ministry – sending cards to show love, care, and compassion
Food Bank – to serve as a liaison between NHCC and the Walton Food Bank
Cookie Ministry – welcomes new visitors to our church
Prayer Shawl Ministry – provides shawls for those suffering from illness to wrap themselves in God’s love and feel the power of prayer
Special Party Ministry – coordinates social events such as showers, birthday parties, etc.
