Dedication of the Basketball Court

As time went forward, there was a vision to have a basketball court behind the church.  It was not just about our youth.  It was a tool to reach other young people in the community by providing them a safe place to play basketball.  It was a strategic location as the church property adjoined that of the Walton Central School.  This effort was part of the church’s intentional mission to connect with the community.  Both young people from the school and college have used the basketball court.  To God’s glory, and through the generosity of God’s people, the basketball court was constructed.  and it was dedicated debt-free on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017.
