New Hope Community Church is seeking a relational, community-minded pastor who can lead a healthy, united congregation into its next season of ministry and growth. Located on 81 acres beside local schools, New Hope is deeply embedded in the community through youth programs, shared meals, school partnerships, food ministries, global missions, and facilities that serve as a welcoming regional ministry center.

This is an opportunity to build on strong foundations, not start over. The church has healthy finances, gifted leaders, increasing attendance, recent baptisms, and a loving congregation willing to try new things. The ideal candidate will coach and encourage existing leaders, execute vision thoughtfully, and demonstrate a history of developing disciples who make disciples. More than seeking a job, this pastor should bring a heart for ministry, biblical authority, practical teaching, and a passion to help people connect to Christ, grow, serve, and lead.
